About the Advanced Whisky Ambassador Program

The Advanced Whisky Ambassador is the next level of The Whisky Ambassador – the original accredited Scotch Whisky training course established in 2012. This level dives deep into the technology and production, and discusses on how they influence the sensory profile of Scotch Whisky. The program would help participants to become a true expert and boost their confidence to talk about Scotland’s national drink.

In 2 days, our accredited educator, Uday Balaji will guide you through:

• Malting
• Milling
• Mashing
• Fermentation
• Malt & Grain Distillation
• Maturation
• Aroma
• Blending and Bottling

At the end of Day 2, there will be an extended tasting session of a range of whiskies. On Day 3, the group will visit Amrut Distillery for an in-depth tour with Master Distiller, Mr. Ashok Chokalingam
