15th Sep: 9AM - 6PM: Course & Certification 

16th Sep: 9AM - 7PM*: Travel from Meeting Point in Panjim to Ponda Distillery; Distillery Tour; Sundowners at Countertop Lab

* Lunch destination between the distillery and Countertop sessions will be mutually decided by the group on Day 1
