21st Apr: 9AM - 6PM: Course & Certification 22nd Apr: 9AM - 7PM*: Transport from Meeting Point in Panjim to Distillery and return; Distillery Tour; Sundowners at Countertop Lab

* Lunch destination between the distillery and Countertop sessions will be mutually decided by the group on Day 1
